If you want to spend a few days in Tenerife, book this cozy apartment with all amenities in the centre of the Capital. Two steps from the Plaza de España and the Calle del Castillo, next to the promenade, it's ideal for visiting the city and at the same time make excursions to the north or south of the island site.

With its modern and original decoration you will love it! You can relax in a quiet environment but at the same time close to all services and leisure areas. The apartment has a room with double bed that can be converted into two single beds, according to needs and a comfortable sofa bed 105x192 cm wide in the living room - kitchen with all utensils - bathroom with shower, complete with hairdryer - Washing machine and iron - Television 32 " with Satellite Channels (Astra 19.2) - Cozy balcony with table to enjoy a nice breakfast outdoors. If you need a cot you just have to report it, it will be included in the price. If it is hot do not worry, we have a portable air conditioning at your disposal. The building has an elevator and roof to tender.

At less than 5 minutes you can catch most city buses, including one that takes you in 15 minutes to Playa de Las Teresitas or 5 minutes to the Parque Maritimo. We will contact guests to arrange the time of arrival. We will explain how everything works. We will always be available to answer any questions that arise during the stay, advise on excursions, beaches, places to visit and places to eat.

The beds are recent and confortable. You can choose from a Qeen Size bed of 160x190 cm or two Single of 80x190 cm. In the living room you can use a Sofa-bed of 105x192 cm

Modern and practical with everything you need, including kitchenware.

A microwave and a toaster are added to the fire stove.
